Santhanaram Jayaram holds a Masters in Business Administration degree in International Business and Marketing from Oklahoma City University, U.S.A. He has 12 years of extensive experience(6 years in the field of Financial Services), in the public and private sectors, including Republic of Singapore Navy, food and beverage, television commercial production, IT, advertising, travel industry and the real estate industry.He has more than 3 years of invaluable experience in teaching & effectively imparting technical knowledge in the engineering field, responsible for curriculum development of the engineering courses, up-keeping the ISO quality standard of the school, project management of training projects such as the Emulator (a computer-based Vessel Simulator, Crane Project. At the same time, Ram has also conceptualized, produced and delivered courses such as written and oral presentation skills, communication relationship management, business communication and customer service among others.
